Product structure is more optimized
In the past five years, with the tremendous changes in the market situation, conventional textile machinery equipment has become unsalable, and the demand for individualized differentiation has increased. In response to changes in the market situation, the pace of adjustment of my country's textile machinery product structure has accelerated, which is mainly reflected in three aspects.
First of all, the product technology level has been rapidly improved. In recent years, the textile machinery industry has completed more than 30 appraisals of various scientific and technological achievements each year. Judging from the annual technical appraisal, the number of new textile machinery products has increased, and the expert evaluation has been even higher. Among the textile machinery projects that have passed the appraisal in recent years,. The industry adheres to independent innovation and further improves the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises. It has made remarkable achievements in scientific and technological progress and has harvested many scientific and technological achievements. The two projects of "Carbon/Carbon Composite Material Technology Equipment and Application" and "Key Technology and Equipment for High-capacity Polyamide 6 Polymerization and Fine Denier Nylon 6 Fiber Production" won the second prize of the 2012 National Science and Technology Progress Award. "Package digital automatic dyeing technology and equipment" won the first prize of the 2014 National Science and Technology Progress Award; "High-efficiency Cotton Combing Technology and its Industrial Application" project and "New Meltblown Nonwoven Material Key Preparation Technology" And its industrialization" project won the second prize of the 2014 National Science and Technology Progress Award. The project "Key Technology and Industrialization of Fully Automatic Computerized Flat Knitting Machine Equipment Supporting Industrial Internet" won the second prize of 2016 National Science and Technology Progress Award. According to statistics, in 2016, key textile machinery enterprises obtained 176 authorized invention patents, 725 utility model patents, and 29 appearance designs.
Secondly, the application fields of textile machinery products continue to expand. There are more and more "cross-border" applications of textile machinery. For example, the technological innovation of warp knitting equipment on shoe upper fabrics provides more choices for downstream. Needle-punching machines are used in the production of raised fabrics, which greatly expands the scope of application.
Again, the product variety is more abundant. In the 1980s and 1990s, the output of cotton spinning equipment accounted for more than 40% of the textile machinery industry, but now it accounts for only 30%. This does not mean that the total amount of spinning equipment itself is decreasing, but that other sub-sectors are growing rapidly. For example, the rapid growth of knitting machinery and nonwoven equipment. Especially in the past, relatively weak chemical fiber equipment and nonwoven equipment fields have made leapfrog progress. In these areas, the timely introduction of new models has played a positive role in promoting the structural adjustment of the textile industry.
